4th Annual Harvestfest in Hungry Horse

• Business Vendor Booth Registration – $100.00
  We’d love to have your business join us for Harvestfest 2026 on Saturday, October 17th from 11 AM–3 PM at Canyon Elementary School in Hungry Horse.
  
  Business will be provided with an OUTSIDE booth space.
  
  Harvestfest brings hundreds of families, locals, and visitors to Hungry Horse for fall activities, food, games, free lunch, chili cook off, dessert auction, and community fun. It’s one of the best visibility opportunities of the year, and we’re inviting businesses and nonprofits to host a booth and a simple, kid‑friendly activity.
• Chili Cook Off Entry – $25.00
  Chili will be judged by based off of taste by the public from 11:00am-12:00pm. Please bring chili by 10:45am.
  
  1st Place: $75
  2nd Place: $50
  3rd Place: $25
  
  Contestants must bring a minimum of 1 large crockpot full of ready to eat chili, more recommended as we will be feeding the community for free afterwards. Contestants must provide a serving utensil.
• Dessert Auction Donation
  Donate a dessert for the auction. Dessert can be homemade or store bought. Please drop off by 11:00am on the day of the event.
  
  A portion of all proceeds will be donated to our featured nonprofit, Land to Hand MT. Land to Hand provides food access for children in the Columbia Falls School District and surrounding areas. Through the Weekend
  Backpack Program and a Kids and Family Pantry, Land to Hand works to ensure that children have access to nutritious, kid friendly
  meals. Land to Hand is looking to grow their programs into Hungry Horse and the surrounding communities.
• Free Admission
  Event admission is free. Some parts of the event are paid, but the kid's activities, music, costume parade, kid's fun run, vendor booths, and other fall fun are free to attendees!
• Nonprofit Vendor Booth Space – $50.00
  We’d love to have your nonprofit join us for Harvestfest 2026 on Saturday, October 17th from 11 AM–3 PM at Canyon Elementary School in Hungry Horse.
  
  Nonprofits will be provided with an OUTSIDE booth space.

• Pie Eating Contest Entry – $5.00
  Do you love eating pie?
  Do you think you can eat one faster than everyone else?
  
  If yes, you need to enter the pie eating contest!
  Pie eating competition starts at 1:00pm.
  
  Competition is split between ages and each age has a different size of pie!
  
  All pies generously donated by Nite Owl Back Room Restaurants
