Cloverfest  - 5th Annual event

Wear your green and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Columbia Falls at our 5th annual Cloverfest put on by the Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. This family-friendly event includes live music performances, 5k, 1 mile fun run, food trucks, live entertainment, themed competitions, kid's carnival and shenanagins.

Event details:


Cost for Event (not including 5k or fun run):

  • $10.00/person.  
  • $30 family of four or more.
  • Kids 5 and under are free.

A portion of the proceeds this year will support your local Columbia Falls Junior High School programs.

Event put on by the Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. A non-profit organization in Columbia Falls whose mission is to Support Local Businesses and Connect Our Community.

Included in $10.00 Entry Fee:

  • Entry into The Great Clover Carnival: Families can explore a gym full of St. Patrick’s Day–themed games and activities hosted by local businesses and nonprofits. Every booth brings something different — from silly challenges to creative crafts to hands‑on fun.
  •  Go for the Pot of Gold: Olympic Games 
  • Live Music 
  • Irish Dancing
  • St Patrick’s Day Competitions and Yard Games
  • Photo booth props and photo area

Not Included in Entry Fee:

  • Food and Beverage Truck Purchases
  • 5k and/or Fun Run (Those are separate fees listed below and your registration for either of those events, gets you into the main event.)

  • 11:00am: Official 5k (Sponsored by Orthorehab Physical Therapy) 
  • 11:00am -3:00pm: The Great Clover Carnival 
  • 11:30-12:30: Live Entertainment (Announced soon)
  • 12:00pm: One Mile Fun Run
  • 12:45: 5k and Fun Run Award Ceremony
  • 1:00-2:00: Live Entertainment (Announced soon)
  • 1:00-3:00: Go for the Pot of Gold : Olympic-Style Competitions put on by Shaine Reece Farmers Insurance

Cloverfest 5k

$30.00/person 

Your race entry fee allows you to access all activities after your race.

The Cloverfest 5k is a timed 5k starting at 11:00am on Saturday, March 14th, 2026.   Entry fee is $30/racer, which includes an official time, standings and race day themed swag. 5K is open to runners and walkers.

Register by February 20th, 2026 to be guaranteed race day swag.

 Top Male and Female Medals Given Out in the Following Categories: 10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Cloverfest Fun Run

$15.00/person 

Your race entry fee allows you to access all activities after your race.

The Cloverfest Fun Run is a mile long run/walk starting at 12:00pm on Saturday, March 14th, 2026 The fun run is open to adults and children of all ages, infant strollers welcomed!  Dress in green as there will be a costume contest at the end of the race as well as other themed awards! Register by March 1st, 2024 to be guaranteed race day swag. 

Themed Awards:  “Cloverly” Dressed, The Wild Clover, Shamrock Squad, The Speedy Shamrock, Pot O" Gold Perfection, Irish I Tried Harder, Golden Achiever, & Youngest Leprechaun.

Businesses: Time to get involved at The Great Clover Carnival! 
Bring your business to the heart of Cloverfest! We’re inviting local businesses and nonprofits to host a St. Patrick’s Day–themed game or activity, set up a booth at the kid’s carnival.  It’s a fun, high‑visibility way to connect with families, support the community, and be part of one of Columbia Falls’ most spirited events.

Why Participate?

  • Promote your business to hundreds of local families
  • Build community awareness and showcase your business
  • Support a beloved Chamber event
  • Indoor venue — no weather worries

Participation Fee:

  • Businesses: $100
  • Nonprofits: $50

Your fee reserves your booth space and helps support event operations.

Deadline to Register: Wednesday, March 11th, 2026  (Any registration received after deadline, will not be on the listed scavenger hunt.)

What You Provide:

  • A St. Patrick’s Day–themed game or activity (Be Creative!)
  • Any supplies needed for your activity
  • Volunteer(s) for your booth from 11-3pm
  • Prizes for kids (we recommend a minimum of 1,000)
    • Ideas: Themed erasers, stickers, candy, small toys, shamrocks, gold coins, ChapSticks, etc. 
  • 8 or 10 ft table
  • Business signage and promotional materials

What the Chamber Provides:

  • Inside location
  • Business listed on attendees scavenger hunt
  • Pictures during event
  • Social media/website/promotional share before, during and after event
  • Bags for participants to carry their prizes
