McLellan shares scientific insight on grizzly bear ecology and conservation, including behavior, diet, population dynamics, and the challenges of living alongside them. Meanwhile, family life in the wilderness poses its own challenges, from floods to wildfires, and coexisting with wildlife. McLellan offers rich personal insight and experience to bridge the gap between researcher and reader.
