The Assistance for Business Clinics (ABC) are designed to provide updated information on topics such as: Montana Department of Revenue’s E-Services, Unemployment Insurance Tax requirements, workers’ compensation coverage, Independent Contractor regulations, using Labor Market Informa­tion to make business decisions, tax incentives, new hire reporting, child support services, USERRA laws and regulations.

These clinics provide valuable resources to both new and established businesses, as well as professionals such as accountants, bookkeepers, human resource experts, and attorneys.

The Assistance for Business Clinic is offering the following Continuing Education Credits:

• HRCI (HR Certification Institute) – 6.25 credits
• SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) – 6.25 credits
• CLE (Continuing Legal Education) – 5.75 credits
• CPE – (Continuing Professional Education) - 6.25 credits
