Our small-batch, handcrafted pastries & hearth breads are made using all-organic flours & grains. We slow ferment to bring out the best flavor we can and hope you can taste the quality.

I bake a variety of artisan breads and European-style pastries using 100% organic (and mostly Montana-grown!) grains & flours.
Pastries come out of the oven throughout the morning. Breads follow and are available all afternoon.
