Seasonal Pantry Cook

As a Pantry Cook you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

This position is an entry-level kitchen position that assists in production and preparation of food for the Dining Room and Events. Perform all duties toward the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner.

You will need to be able to commit food specifications to memory. Work quickly, efficiently and safely with all kitchen equipment. You must be able to absorb large amounts of information in a short period of time and to be able to follow directions.

You will be responsible for preparing all cold foods, sandwiches, salads, appetizer, desserts and food prep production of starches, vegetables, etc. according to recipes. You must have the ability to make mathematical calculations as they apply to the recipes. Understand and present food in accordance to Chef’s standards. Perform opening and closing duties.

This position requires bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, and standing for long periods of time.  You may be required to assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary.

Maintain appearance and uniform standards. Develop positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers, management and co-owners.
