Winter is upon us and we are in the midst of the Holidays! I trust you all had a great Thanksgiving and are looking forward to Christmas and New Years!
For almost two years now I have been involved in the Chamber and for a full 2 years plus I have been a resident of Columbia Falls. What a great privilege it is to be a part of both! The community has welcomed my family and I with open arms. Thank you for being you!
I have learned much from my fellow board members and I especially want to thank Mark Johnson who has helped ready me for my upcoming term as Chamber President. There is still plenty of OJT in store I know!
I saw a video recently that revealed something very interesting. In launching the space shuttle, over half of the hundreds of thousands of pounds of fuel is expended just to get the shuttle off the ground. It may travel literally a million miles or more and land but, over half of the fuel is spent moving it just 10 feet!
It has been truly amazing to watch our community “clear the pad”. I truly believe we are just leaving the launch pad. There are many to thank for the energy they have expended to “attain lift off”. Many have invested time, energy and funds all in copious amounts to make things happen in our community.
I look forward to building on the foundation built by those before me but this is a team effort. We all must continue to invest our time & talents in the community, the Chamber, our schools and beyond so we can continue to see our area continue to grow and prosper. Thank you all for your efforts in advance.

After moving to the Flathead Valley from Europe about 17 years ago I have seen this area develop into an amazing place to live, work and play. My first job was working for the Whitefish Chamber of Commerce recruiting new members. After that followed several sales and marketing jobs for The Wave, Glacier Stone Supply and The Flathead Beacon. Eventually I landed in the medical industry as the marketing director for a Physical Therapy company. Loving this industry so much; Dulcie Berube, Justin Lee and I decided to start our own businesses in Columbia Falls. This amazing community has welcomed us with open arms and we are blessed and honored to serve and give back to the wonderful people here.
