Administrative Assistant

The Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce is looking for a part-time and long-term Administrative Assistant.  We are looking for someone who wants to help promote our community as the place to work, live and PLAY!  A specific schedule of 15  hours per week will be TBD within Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  In this role you will be assisting the Executive Director by answering phone calls, assisting with Chamber events, as well as social media and website management among many other duties. 

Requirements for this position:

  • Pass a background check
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong customer service skills 

Preferred experience in:

  • MS Office
  • WordPress
  • Power Point
