Cloverfest

Wear your green and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Columbia Falls at our annual Cloverfest put on by the Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. This family-friendly event includes live music performances by local musicians, bagpipes, a 5k, 1 mile fun run, food trucks, beer and garden, themed competitions, kids carnival and shenanagins.

Location: See you in the tents located in Super 1 Foods Parking Lot, 2100 9th Street West, Columbia Falls MT

Cost for Event (not including 5k or fun run):

$10.00/person. For a family of four or more, the price is $30. Kids 5 and under are free.

ID check required by all attendees planning to purchase alcohol.

All proceeds support your local Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. A non-profit organization in Columbia Falls whose mission is to Support Local Businesses and Connect Our Community.

Schedule of Events:

11:00am: Cloverfest 5k
11:00pm-3:00pm: Kids Carnival, FREE face painting, Live Music, Live Dancing, and St Patrick’s Day Activities and Games
11:30-12:45: Live Music, Sylvie and Nina (Sylvie and Nina bring their fiddles, mando, and great vocals to the Cloverfest stage spotlighting tunes and songs from Ireland. "
12:30pm: Cloverfest Fun Run
1:00: Live Dancing from Flathead Valley Irish Dancers
1:30pm: Official Race Awards Ceremony
1:45-3:00pm: Live Music, Ol' Grey Cats "The Ol' Grey Cats" offer traditional Celtic tunes and songs performed on a variety of string, wind, and percussion instruments for your dancing and listening pleasure."

Specific Event Details:

Cloverfest 5k: $30.00/person (Please note: Your race entry fee allows you to access all activities after your race.)

The Cloverfest 5k is a timed 5k starting at 11:00am on Saturday, March 16th, 2024. Entry fee is $30/racer, which includes an official time, standings and race day themed swag. 5K is open to runners and walkers. Register by March 1st, 2024 to be guaranteed race day swag.

Top Male and Female Medals Given Out in the Following Categories: 14 and Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Cloverfest Fun Run : $15.00/person (Please note: Your race entry fee allows you to access all activities after your race.)

The Cloverfest Fun Run is a mile long run/walk starting at 12:30pm on Saturday, March 16th, 2024 The fun run is open to adults and children of all ages, infant strollers welcomed! $15/person to participate, which includes race day themed swag. Dress in green as there will be a costume contest at the end of the race as well as other themed awards! Register by March 1st, 2024 to be guaranteed race day swag.

Themed Awards include Most “Cloverly” Dressed, Better Luck Next Year, In Pursuit of the Gold, Ready to Shamrock, Golden Achiever, & Youngest Leprechaun.

Fun Run Registration

Kids Carnival: 11:00pm-3:00pm

Bring the whole family for an exciting St. Patrick’s themed kids carnival! FREE face painting, carnival games, live music, food trucks and more during the carnival! Price to enter the carnival is $10/kid or $30 for a family of four or more. Wear your green and have some good old family fun!

K-5 Students: Enter the Cloverfest coloring contest by Friday, March 9th. Prizes for each grade are as follows: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each grade level get free entry to the carnival! Return your page to your classroom teacher or mail completed page to Columbia Falls Area Chamber, Box 312, Columbia Falls 59912.
