Chamber members can now request a copy of the current chamber membership directory 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Simply send a blank email (or an email with contents, it doesn’t matter) to sendmethelist at columbiafallschamber.org.

Within a few minutes the system will automatically find your request, build a current Excel 2007 spreadsheet of the membership and send it to the email you used to request the list.

NOTE: The email address you use to request this service MUST be the email address you provided for the chamber member directory. If it is not, the request is ignored. This is how we secure the list while still allowing it to work 24 x 7.

This Excel spreadsheet that you receive contains the business name, street address, mailing address, contact name and if available, the owner name of the business. It does NOT contain email addresses. If you wish to send an email to the entire chamber membership, please contact Karen Carter @ Meadow Lake Resort.

The spreadsheet can be opened with Excel 2007, Open Office (free) and current Mac software.

Private discussion areas on this site for the board, committees and groups running special projects. We can also create public discussion groups as necessary.

Newsletter Inserts: Advertise in our print newsletter

If you would like to include a page in our monthly newsletter (bi-monthly issues for June-July and August-September), create 300 copies and bring them by Glacier Bank’s lobby in Columbia Falls at the corner of Nucleus Ave and Highway 2 (right across from Montana Coffee Traders).

The cost to insert 1 page (in addition to providing the copies to insert) is $25.

Please have your copies to Glacier Bank on or before the 15th of the month to get them into the NEXT issue.

For example, if you want your insert to be in the April issue, get your copies to Glacier Bank by March 15th.

Carol will send you an invoice for the $25.
